Q: What time does the wedding start?
The wedding ceremony will start at 2:00pm, with the loading of the ski lift to the ceremony site. Plan to arrive no later than 2:00pm at the ski lift.
Q: What should I wear?
Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal. Feel free to show off your style while keeping comfort in mind. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors in the mountains and it will get chilly at night, so bring a layer!
For footwear: You will need to get on/off a ski chair lift. Also, the ceremony and reception are outdoors on a grass lawn. Ladies - we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats - anything that won't sink into the grass.
Q: What will the weather be like?
Highs in the 70's and lows in the 50's. The ceremony and reception are outdoors in the mountains, so bring layers for the cold & rain.
Q: Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We have a fully covered tent, with walls and heaters if needed. We recommend checking the weather for Granby, CO and make sure to bring layers for cold and incase of rain!
Q: Do I need a waiver for the ski lift to get up to the ceremony?
A: Yes. Sign the waiver below. You will receive a confirmation email. Take a screenshot / print the confirmation email and bring with you to show prior to boarding the ski lift for our ceremony. Click here to sign & submit waiver
Q: Are kids welcome?
We adore your little ones, but we’re keeping this an adults-only celebration. Take the night off and enjoy a well-deserved evening out!
Q: Can I bring a plus-one?
We’d love to include everyone, but due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!
Q: How do I get to the event?
🚶🚶 WALK - If you are staying at the condos in 'Basecamp One', or the houses/townhouses on Base Camp Circle, or the houses on Mountainside Drive, you are within walking distance.
🚗 DRIVE - There is free parking at the ceremony/reception.
You can leave your car overnight if you'd prefer to take the shuttle home (There is a free shuttle home from the venue from 9:30pm-1:30am).

Yes! Please let us know in your RSVP if you have any allergies or restrictions, and we’ll be sure to take care of you.
Q: Can I take photos?
We will have an "unplugged ceremony" and respectfully request that guests do not take any photographs or videos during the ceremony. We invite you to relax, enjoy the moment and we'll gladly share these images with you after the celebration. Feel free to take pictures during the reception!
Q: Will there be dancing?
Oh youuuu betchaaaaa! We love to dance and will have a dance floor and DJ at the reception for dancing after dinner.
